Organic Komatsuna Seeds

Recommended Seeding:

1/4 cup (35g) for 2L sprouting jar.

Sprouting Directions:

SOAK - Put washed seeds in a jar. Add purified water, soak for 4-8 hours. Drain well.
RINSE - Twice a day, refill jar with cool water, swirl, drain well, invert jar at an angle in a container.
ENJOY - Ready to eat in 3 to 6 days. Refrigerate to store. (Sprouts store best when they are fairly dry- do not store immediately after rinsing.)

Known for its impressive nutritional properties,  komatsuna is chock full of vitamin C, calcium, and beta carotene. Like the other members of the brassica family,  komatsuna has a compound called sulforaphane that helps our bodies fight cancer.
